Solve the problem of water accumulation in the courtyard and optimise the drainage system.

Solution
The drainage system has been reconstructed, and the combination of permeable pavement and invisible drainage ditch has been adopted.
Zoning design: wooden leisure platform (elderly rest area) on the east side, lawn activity area (children's space) on the west side.
Build a landscape core around the original ancient trees, with evergreen shrubs and seasonal flowers to form a multi-level greening.
An ecological water feature is set up in the centre of the courtyard, equipped with a circulation filtration system, taking into account both ornamental and ecological characteristics.
Environmentally friendly materials and intelligent irrigation systems are used to reduce maintenance costs and improve user experience.
Description Of The Materials Used
Everblade 50 Preservative Wood
Used for leisure platforms and flower stands, it has excellent UV resistance, an anti-corrosion level that reaches C4, is suitable for humid environments, and has a service life of up to 20 years.
AquaShield permeable floor tiles
It is used for main traffic paths, with a water permeability of 3.5×10⁻³ cm/s, which can quickly drain rainwater and has a surface anti-slip coefficient of R11, making it suitable for the elderly and children to walk.
EcoScape Eco Planting Soil
Improved planting substrate, adding water-retaining granules and slow-release fertiliser, the water retention capacity is increased by 40%, reducing the frequency of irrigation, suitable for the growth of a variety of plants.
SmartDrop drip irrigation system
The programmable irrigation system automatically adjusts the amount of water according to soil moisture, supports mobile phone remote control, and the water saving efficiency reaches more than 50%.
