landscaping Foreman/Crew Lead
key duties:
-
Lead and supervise the landscaping crew to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

Assign daily tasks and perform quality inspections
-
Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment, materials, and tools

Communicate with project managers and clients to address on-site issues
-
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the job site
requirements：

Minimum 3 years of landscaping or related experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Proficient in operating landscaping equipment (e.g., skid steer, trailer)

Ability to read construction drawings and perform measurements

Strong communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to work in various outdoor conditions
Outdoor Sales Representative

Landscape Designer
