landscaping Foreman/Crew Lead

key duties:​

  • Lead and supervise the landscaping crew to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

  • Assign daily tasks and perform quality inspections

  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment, materials, and tools

  • Communicate with project managers and clients to address on-site issues

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the job site

requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of landscaping or related experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

  • Proficient in operating landscaping equipment (e.g., skid steer, trailer)

  • Ability to read construction drawings and perform measurements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in various outdoor conditions

Outdoor Sales Representative

key duties:​

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential clients, providing on-site consultations and quotes

  • Recommend landscaping solutions and design ideas based on client needs

  • Maintain client relationships and drive contract closures

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client expectations align with project delivery

  • Participate in trade shows, community events, and other marketing activities

requirements:​
  • 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (landscaping/construction industry preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Knowledge of landscaping products and services is an asset

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Landscape Designer

key duties:​

  • Create functional and visually appealing landscape designs for residential and commercial projects

  • Develop 2D drawings and/or 3D renderings using design software

  • Collaborate with clients to refine concepts and incorporate feedback

  • Provide accurate material lists and cost estimates for proposed designs

  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure designs are implemented as intended

requirements:​
  • Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related field

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion)

  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of plants, materials, and construction methods

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
